Términos y condiciones

Los siguientes términos y condiciones serán firmados de manera presencial previo a la renta o adquisión de cualquier servicio.

Por medio de la presente, yo, [Nombre Completo del Usuario], con identificación [Tipo de Identificación] número [Número de Identificación], me comprometo ante la empresa Sincronía, con domicilio en Abraham Gonzáles 60 Int 101 Col. Juárez in Mexico city, Mexico; a asumir la plena responsabilidad en el uso del equipo proporcionado por la misma, que incluye patines, casco, rodilleras, muñequeras, coderas, llantas, rodamientos, y luces frontales. Y a seguir las indicaciones de tráfico y las del guía, en caso de haber solicitado el servicio, bajo los siguientes términos y condiciones:

Responsabilidad por Pérdida o Daño del Equipo:

En caso de pérdida o daño de alguno de los equipos mencionados (patines, casco, rodilleras, muñequeras, coderas, llantas, rodamientos, o luces frontales), me comprometo a pagar el costo total del equipo perdido o dañado, de acuerdo con el precio de mercado vigente al momento de la pérdida o daño.

Responsabilidad por Accidentes:

Entiendo y acepto que la empresa Sincronía no será responsable de ningún daño o lesión que yo pueda causar a terceros o a mí mismo/a durante el uso del equipo. Asimismo, libero a la empresa de toda reclamación, demanda, costo, gasto o responsabilidad derivados de cualquier accidente.

Devolución del Equipo:

Me comprometo a devolver el equipo al personal de Sincronía en la fecha y hora acordadas. En caso de no realizar la devolución a tiempo, acepto que se me cobrará un monto adicional correspondiente a la siguiente hora entera de uso.

Cumplimiento de las Indicaciones de Tráfico:

Me comprometo a seguir todas las leyes e indicaciones de tráfico aplicables durante el uso del equipo, entendiendo que mi incumplimiento podría resultar en daños, lesiones, o multas por las cuales seré completamente responsable.

Seguimiento de Instrucciones del Guía:

En caso de haber solicitado el servicio de guía, me comprometo a seguir todas las instrucciones y recomendaciones proporcionadas por el guía designado por Sincronía para garantizar la seguridad y el correcto desarrollo de la actividad.

Reconozco haber leído y comprendido todos los términos y condiciones expresados en esta carta responsiva, y acepto cumplirlos de manera íntegra.

Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions will be signed in person prior to the rental or acquisition of any service.

By this means, I, [Full Name of the User], with identification [Type of Identification] number [Identification Number], commit myself to the company Sincronia, located at Abraham Gonzáles 60 Int 101 Col. Juárez in Mexico city, Mexico, to assume full responsibility for the use of the equipment provided by it, which includes skates, helmet, knee pads, wrist guards, elbow pads, wheels, bearings, and front lights, and to follow traffic directions and the guide’s instructions, if I have requested the guide service, under the following terms and conditions:

Responsibility for Loss or Damage of Equipment:

In case of loss or damage to any of the mentioned equipment (skates, helmet, knee pads, wrist guards, elbow pads, wheels, bearings, or front lights), I commit to pay the total cost of the lost or damaged equipment, according to the market price prevailing at the time of the loss or damage.

Waiver of Liability for Accidents:

I understand and accept that the company Sincronía’s will not be responsible for any damage or injury that I may cause to third parties or to myself during the use of the equipment. Likewise, I release the company from all claims, demands, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from any accident that occurs during the use of the equipment.

Return of Equipment:

I commit to return the equipment to Sincronía’s personnel on the agreed date and time. In case of failing to return the equipment on time, I accept that an additional charge corresponding to the next full hour of use will be applied, according to the rates established by the company.

Compliance with Traffic Directions:

I commit to follow all applicable traffic laws and directions during the use of the equipment, understanding that my non-compliance could result in damages, injuries, or fines for which I will be fully responsible.

Following the Guide’s Instructions:

In case I have requested the guide service, I commit to follow all instructions and recommendations provided by the guide designated by Synchrony to ensure safety and the correct development of the activity.

I acknowledge having read and understood all the terms and conditions expressed in this responsibility agreement, and I accept to comply with them fully.
